Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the supplier. Preferred benefits are subject to the conditions shown at time of booking and are not guaranteed unless explicitly marked confirmed.
Full or deposit payment is required at the time indicated during checkout. Card details are processed and tokenized by a third-party PCI-compliant payment provider.
Cancellation terms are set by the supplier for each rate and are disclosed before booking. CAEMIRA will communicate cancellation requests to the supplier but cannot waive supplier-imposed penalties.
CAEMIRA is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or service failures of third-party suppliers, including hotels, airlines, and ground transportation providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CAEMIRA is registered to do business.
