This policy describes how CAEMIRA collects, uses, and protects personal information provided by clients, prospective clients, and website visitors, including through Your CAEMIRA, dedicated travel lead messaging, and the booking process.
Contact details, household and traveler information, travel preferences, payment tokens (not full card numbers), loyalty program numbers, and communications with your dedicated travel lead.
To provide travel planning and booking services, verify preferred benefits with suppliers, communicate about journeys, and — with consent — for marketing.
Information is shared with hotels, suppliers, and payment processors only as needed to fulfill a reservation, and with service providers under confidentiality obligations.
You may request to view, export, or delete your data at any time from your Travel Profile, or by contacting your dedicated travel lead.
Payment data is tokenized through a PCI-compliant processor; CAEMIRA staff do not have access to full card numbers.
